Central Monitoring Station ( CMS ) is a unique selling point with AMITEK. It’s a combination of hardware and software that works in our office.
At CMS we monitor all our alarm system installation 24 X 7 at our control station. Moment there is a alarm or low battery or any other health problem with the alarm system installed at client location, it send a report in a data format to our CMS. Our operators sitting there in return gives a call back to the given numbers of a client to inform and enquire about the exact reason for the problem that has been reported.
CMS ensures that the system works when it is required to work and it checks the health of the system 24 X 7. We are currently monitoring more then ten thousand-alarm systems in North India right now at our different control stations.
At CMS following events gets reported from the alarm panel location:
